Super easy to pack, setup, and inhabit.
After a year of using it, it has held up well. I've been going on a trip maybe, twice a month, so, basically, I can say that this is a durable tent.
I am not sure, but how is this tent different from the other model that they made? I can't see a significant difference except for the price, which had a pretty big leap when you compare it.
The Copper Spur 1 HV UL mtnGLO has one door and a peak center height of 3' 2, which is a little bit less than the average height of the 60 other 1 person tents we have studied. With 20 square feet of room inside, it is a lot smaller than some other 1-person tents, and it would be quite cramped for you during the whole of the 3-seasons, this tent is approved for use in, smaller tents like this one can make a very good choice for campers that love spending loads of hours outside the tent exploring.
Many of the cool points about dome tents are, that they are for, the most part not too heavy, making them easy to carry. In most all instances, tents used for backpacking are of the dome type. They are usually, freestanding and very simple to set up. In calm weather, you can do without securing the tent with stakes and ropes, not that this is recommended.
Dome tents are easily the most commonly seen of all the various types of tents you will find when camping. They tend to do better in the rain than other types, allowing water to easily slide off the sloped sides, unlike cabin tents that have flat tops, allowing the water to pool on the top of the tent. The most basic dome tent will have a rectangular floor, slanted sides a couple of poles which cross in the center of the roof. Due to their construction, it is typically considered that they are best for up to a maximum of 6 campers.
