Easiest tent I have ever owned to setup
I had so many tents from different brands. Comparing it to all of them, I must say that this tent got me. It's in my top five of being the best.
It's not a tent that is good for use in winter. It would have been nice to have more than one door.
The Rabbit Ears 4 has one window and one door and a maximum center height of 5' 0, which is a tiny bit less than the average height of the 134 other 4 person tents we have examined With 60 square feet of space inside, it is a little bit smaller than some other 4-person tents, and it could be a little cramped for you and, up to three other campers all through the 3-seasons, this tent is suggested for use in, smaller tents like this one can generally make a good choice for campers that enjoy spending loads of hours outside exploring the great outdoors.
A few of the great things about dome tents are, that they are under normal circumstances lightweight, making them simple to carry around. In most all cases, tents used for backpacking are of the dome type. They are usually, freestanding and very straightforward to set up. In calm weather, you could do without guy lines and stakes, not that this is recommended.
Dome tents are the most commonly seen of all the different types of tents you will find when camping. They tend to fair better in bad weather than other types, allowing water to roll off the slanted walls, unlike cabin tents that have flat roofs, allowing the rain to pool on the top of the tent. The most basic dome tent will have a square footprint, slanted sides a couple of poles which converge in the middle of the roof. Because of the way they are made, it is usually considered that they are best suited for up to a maximum of 6 people.
