It's an excellent 3 season tent. It held up even fine during windy and rain conditions. Easy to set up and break down.
The cleats that connect the fly, tent, and footprint don't make any sense, and they do not work well. I don't know why the makers did this.
The Seedhouse SL 1 has one door and a maximum center height of 3' 5, which is a little bit smaller than the average height of the 65 different 1 person tents we have studied. A few of the great points about dome tents are, that they are for, the most part not too heavy, making them simple to carry around. In nearly all cases, tents used for backpacking are of the dome type. They are usually, freestanding and very straightforward to set up. In good weather, you could do without securing the tent with stakes and ropes, not that this is recommended.
Dome tents are easily the most common of all the other sorts of tents you will find when camping. They tend to do better in the rain than other types, allowing water to roll off the slanted walls, unlike cabin tents that have flat roofs, resulting in the water pooling on the top of the tent. The most basic dome tent should have a rectangular floor, sloped walls two or more poles which cross in the middle of the roof. Due to the way they are made, it is typically thought of that they are ideal for up to a maximum of 6 campers.
